FatBurn 20/20

Join Canandaigua Fitness for a series of 10 cardio fat burning exercises using your own body weight.  No equipment needed.  Spend a minute or so on each exercise then we explain the next one. Do one circuit for a 20 min fat burn or both for 20/20 perfect vision!  Class is held via Zoom and requires registration.  $5 per class.

Imagine Your Adventure!
July 26-August 8, 2020

Imagine your adventure!  Run, walk, stroll, swim, bike, hike or paddle over two weeks and record your miles. All ages and abilities can participate.
 
Run along the Great Wall of China.  Climb the steps of the Empire State Building.  Swim the length of Canandaigua Lake.  Cycle the flats and inclines of France.  Explore your neighborhood.  Hike the Appalachian Trail.  There are so many possibilities.  Proceeds from this virtual event will support Wood Library.  Watch for signups!
